Every episode is excellent. I liked the one season finale directed by Quentin Tarantino (the one where was buried alive). I also liked Rashoman - where each CSI has a different recollection of the same event. I also like any episode with Lady Heather in it. And I liked the episode (I think it was the season finale last season) where the guy who dresses up like a Civil War soldier is found beheaded on a railroad track. I like Grissom's and Sara's interactions in that episode. :)

I have a few: "Play with Fire," "Pilot," "Fannysmackin'," " Grave Danger," "Fur and Loathing," and pretty much any episode that has a lot of Greg in it.
