Intelligence Personality (these two are kind of related), looks is down the list.

a little bit of both. Once we are physically attracted to a woman we want to get to know her better. If she is beautiful but is unpleasant to be around, then she's gone. Likewise, if she is not attractive, most men will not be interested enough to meet her. The trick is to take care of yourself (look nice and stay in shape) and don't be a nag or something of the sort. Also 99.99% of us hate mega feminists.
