bears,wolves,vultures,eagles,maggots and other carniverous insects,basically anything that would eat carrion,are you asking what might kill a buffalo or more accurately the american bison,then youve really limited the choices down to a pack of wolves,a desperate bear,possibly on the very far outside a cougar might give it a go on a calf.for some reason it edited the word for fly larvae maybe it rhymes to much with the english term for a cigarette,but it let wurm answer it..wierd
