No Park Place is not difficult to get. Boardwalk is the rare one. I have 2 Park Places.

I need: Boardwalk, Ventnor & Marvin Gardens, and all the Rail Roads, Oriental & Vermont, Mediteranian.

Yes Park Place is the rare one there is only about 4 in the united states and at least 2 will be thrown out.

There's only one Boardwalk, Park Place is fairly common.
