Definitely; they were robbed because of the bad plays made by refs.
And I was rooting for Seattle, too.

As a big Seahawks fan I have to look at things as objectively as I can. The Seahawks made their mistakes. Poor clock management at the end of the game hurt them. The referee's DID make some bad calls and the were talked about in a meeting a few days after the Super Bowl had been played.
1. Offensive pass interference call which cost the Seahawks their first touchdown.
2. Rothlesbergers HIGHLY questionable QB run in for a touchdown. What took the line judge so long to make the call? Was he waiting for the QB to push the ball over the line?
3. Hasselbecks "blocking" call after he had thrown an interception. If he thrown an interception and the Steeler's then had the ball. Wouldn't that put Hasselbeck on defense, making his tackle legal?

Oh please don't tell me the Seahawks fans are STILL whinning about this. Geez how long will we have to endure this. It wasn't the refs fault that the Seahawks couldn't play that day. Not saying the Steelers were doing much better but hey did just enough better.

1 It WAS Pass Interfernce, just not normally called. We should be bitching that it isn't CALLED like it should be.
2. If you ever saw a replay from the SIDELINE angle you can see he clearly had the ball across the line. Hmmm wonder if that is why they almost never show that view. Oh and yeah that angle and view exsists as they were showing it on CMI(Chris Myers Interview) with Big Ben
3. That was an illegal block by how the refs viewed it. I will agree that was a bad call though. I felt that was how he was trying to tackle and not throwing a block. The def ISN'T supposed to block tehy are supposed to TACKLE and there are ways for the D to throw illegal blocks. In this case it appeared he was trying to block below the knees or something like that. It has been explained what the rule was that he was breaking.

That's football. It seemed every call went Pittsburg's way, but Seattle played like junk too, they didn't make themselves many opportunities. Was Roethlisburger over the goaline on his 1 yard TD plunge? No, only his helmet was, not the ball, but he still got the TD. Horrible pass interference call in the endzone... could've gone either way, but again it went Pittsburg's way. The worst one was the illegal block called on Matt Hasselbeck of all people! He tackled the guy who picked him off and never even touched the other guy trying to block, but that's the way things go sometimes. If they played better, they wouldn't have been in the position where a couple bad calls could cost them the game.

Why do people refuse to accept the fact that the Seaducks lost that game because they got beat? The Steelers had the toughest road to the play-offs in history & were nearly denied the chance in the Colt's game when the refs screwed the pooch on the Palomalo int. that wasn't. BUT--- the Steelers regrouped & won a game they dominated, only to have it tightened up by a bad call. That's what champions do. You can't blame the refs for all the dropped passes, poor clock management, lack of a run game the way the Seaducks & the weepy coach have continued to do. The Steelers won this game & are truly worthy of their title, having beat the best the NFL had to offer & doing it on the road.

definately the refs wanted Pittsburgh to win the super bowl, just like when Big Ben went in for the touchdown that he never made and the refs gave it to him.

YES!!! I live in Pittsburgh and believe that the Steelers are the luckiest team in the NFL in terms of calls by the refs.
