Hotness is a state of mind. You may be decked out with full make up and the sexiest dress but if you walk around town w low self esteem, you would not appear hot at all..
Meanwhile a girl can can wear just tee and jeans and believe she is the most beautiful thing to walk the earth, and somehow, she will turn heads.. trust me, I know these things ;)
Believe ur hot and others will believe ur hot too.. sexiness is all in the way u move and carry yourself..

Stay with the look you like and accent your tees with a lip gloss that matches your hair and keep your sandals neutral. You must own a pair of skinny jeans. Boot cut is too wide for sandals.

I bet if you put on about 6 sweaters and a parka, then stepped into a sauna you would be plenty hot. Hot is not a "look". Hot is all about using what you have to make temperatures rise.
