I currently live in a house with two other women. Me and one of the other girls are having a big problem with the third lady. We really really really want to kick her out, but the problem is that she is a good tenant (pays her rent on time and whatnot). However, it has gotten to the point that me and the second girl feel like we can barely live in our own house. What should we do? What can we do?

All three of our names are on the lease.

Confront her with your feelings.....both of you. Agree to take care of her share of the rest of the lease .....that you really feel strongly this isn't working out for the best, that both of you are uncomfortable in your own home and would appreciate her finding another place. Give her enough time to do so...30 days.. Whatever you agree upon, get it in WRITING in case she gets pissed and takes you to court. A promissory note or anything written, dated and signed, especially notarized will clear you both of any wrongdoing or wrong intentions or any future accusations. Make copies!

Vote her out. Who's name is the lease in? If her name isn't on the lease you should be able to make her move out. Check your local laws. Home is where you live. You should not be miserable in your own home.

if you can't beat her out try to join then but if both of you don't wish to join then my as well start the kicking job! why need to create all these in a home? a home is where you all should be feeling at home and looking forward to be back to after all the hard days work not dragging yourself to get yourself home at the end of the day!
