Is it really that hard to look at someone elses point of view?

Could be they have a small mind? Maybe are afraid they may be wrong?

I think it comes up to how you were influenced, or raised as a child. I'm not saying all people never change, because they do, but If you've never learned respect for other people. Then its likely you wont have any. Also it hard for some people to realize that they cant always be right, and know some people just do things different ways. I'd say just give them room to express their opinion, and leave them alone. Theres no point in fighting with someone who doesnt want to change, or cramming someone elses point of view down their throats.
