The pain might warrant a visit to your doctor, but it might just be a case of stress or worry or a distruption to your normal routine in lifestyle.
If you eat a lot of red meat, try to avoid it for a week or two, or at least cut down. Increase your green leafy veggie intake. Eat probiotic yogurt for breakfast and some fruit. And go to the Health Store to get some Chlorella tablets.
Try not to take any laxatives unless desperate, and then try Senna as it is natural.
You could also munch on some liqorice allsorts ....
Drink more water and red wine and move about - go for a run or a brisk walk or swim ...
All this will help you in more ways than you hope!

Being bunged up is horrible, make sure you drink plenty of fluids, are you taking any medication? A lot of medicines can cause constipation, best thing to do is pop along to the pharmacy and get something with senna in it like sennacot. It will help shift it gently.
if you regularly suffer with it, go for something like lactulose, but id this is a one-off, try sennacot. Dont bother with suppositories, give the tablets a go first.
Not everyone poops every day, some poeple poop 2 or 3 times daily, everyone is different, but if this is definitely out of character for your usual routine, get a little help to move it along.
Happy pooping!

First of all, do not worry ..........Yet. Drink water, eat lots of fibrous food and perhaps some prunes, apricots or figs. The pain could be possibly wind and I suggest if you have still not been to the toilet (No 2) after another 2-3 days, make an appointment with your GP and ask for guidance. Good Luck.

For this time try a laxative such as senna or Dulco-lax perles but be prepared for explosive results! For the future try drinking hot water with lemon juice in the morning to get things moving, plenty of water during day and a high fibre diet with lots of fruit & veg, Sounds boring i know, but its a lot more comfortable. good luck

I prefer a natural laxative such as Metamucil rather than an enema because enemas can become addictive if used too much. If the pain becomes too severe or you haven't had a bowel movement in a day, I think you should see a doctor.

Make an appointment to see your doctor or if you are in a great deal of pain go to Out Patients at your local hospital.

If you feel like you need to go- but your constipated- you might want to buy something that can help you go.
If your a child- talk to your parents- they can help you pick the best thing.
If an adult- get a Fleet from the pharmacy.
Hope everything comes out alright- (sorry couldn't resist!)

Try a mild laxative like Senakot or the like. Fresh orange juice may help to but you have to get going first or become what is called Obstructed. You then get what is called Overflow.

Yes, go to a doctor. If you refuse to do that, then do two number one's and your pain should go away, at least mathematically.
