The very amount of "existence" one has undergone is measured by the time interval. If time were indeed theoretically 'stopped'--such as time travel movies' and science fiction books' plots suggest--would existence be deemed impossible?

Einstein said that time was a way of keeping everything from happening all at once.

Existance requires time as well as the other spacetime dimensions.

If we step out of observable science and into religion, God exists outside of time. If we restrict ourselves to observable phenomena, We can't observe without time.

things including light get sucked into black holes and can't get out time does not exist in there,you would be crushed so yes and no
