Lads holiday venue?

Planning a lads holiday next year in Europe. Want somewhere hot, lively with plenty of bars etc Where would you recommend?

ibiza is the main choice,but i believe budapest is the in place at the moment,i've been to benalmedina in the costa del sol,thats a hot place
