PHP Mailer??

In the documentation for PHP Mailer it says to copy a file to my PHP.ini file, but how do I do it, and where do i place the copy at? Thanks!

as far as i know PHP Mailer is not a program, but a set of classes to make a program, u cannot copy a file to php.ini, its only a configuration file...
