Seeing that you have a Dell, in all likelihood it is an Intel branded motherboard.
UPDATED RESPONSE:
Once again, a thumbs down from a clueless wonder that has no idea what they're talking about. Clown, the overwhelming majority of Dell's systems use Intel branded mobos. Go away, clueless. CPUZ isn't going to say anything but Dell Inc (if it isn't an AMD system) in the "Manufacturer" space in CPUZ, however, Dell doesn't make mobos...they buy them, mostly from Intel (the worlds largest mobo manufacturer)

Turn on your computer.
Press TAB Key if a logo appear then press PAUSE/Break key.
In that page will appeare the components of your computer.
Extract from there the ID of your MB. EX: NF4K8M or .....
