Ginger hair is a recessive trait...?

It's seen naturally in less that 2% of our population. It is, however, said that it will completely disappear within the next 50 years.

Interesting. Does anyone know why?

I doubt they will completely disappear within the next 50 years.
The reason, they say, is that people of different races are mixing and inter-marrying at a rate never seen before because of globalisation and migration. Natural blondes and redheads will be prized as never before.
