There is no point pushing a guy cos you will be pushing him away. Enjoy him as a friend and if something is happen it will. At least you know that there will always be that friendship. But give him a bit of space for him to clear his head and work out what he wants.

By the sounds of things, the two of you do have feelings for each other. But as you said, he isn't ready to take your relationship to the next level, at least not yet. If you love this guy enough, hold on and stand by his side as his friend until he is ready.
