What is gender equality and does it exist within the criminal justice system? Can we claim the execution of female's is a sign of gendered equality?

There are certain inequalities within the criminal justice system when it comes to dealing with the sexes. For example, women who have sexual relations with under age boys are often given much lighter sentences than men with under age girls.

I think so , they should be treated no differently then a man .
You should be punished for the crime and in the same manor .
