This answer is based sheerly on the win power of each wrestler. I do not take into any consideration his experience, or current popularity, win-loss record, storylines, or injuries.
1.) The Great Khali
2.) The Undertaker (The Undertaker did beat Khali, but this was only after Khali beat him 3 times before)
3.)HHH (The pedigree is almost undefeatable
4.) Kane (his power to arise after finishers is a big reason for this high rating, this also plays a big part in the rating of The Undertaker)
5.) Mark Henry (As I said, I am not taking into consideration injuries, popularity, or experience.)
Rey Mysterio is not even in my top 25, I have nothing against him, but he is little even for the crusierweight division, the 619 is an unrealistic finisher, and Smackdown has proven that almost anyone can beat him, except in a title match.
