it was a bad film....i know what you're saying. Rent the original...that one was a classic in its time.....I don't know why they bothered with this new one......and if you fell asleep, don't worry.....you didn't miss anything!

I thought the whole movie was bad. As corny as the original was most people could find a character they cared enough about to get emotional involved in the movie (except for the kid. He was VERY annoying). In this new one no one was likable and I couldn't care less if they all went down with the ship.

I liked the origonal one. I never have a chance to watch the second one though.
Many say it wasnt as good was the origonal.
Thats how it usually is with remakes

I personally thought it was terrible. I didn't get to care about ANY of the characters.

i watched it yesterday and thought it was ok but i expected more from it, i didn't think there was much of a storyline to it.
