how do you re-post a bulletin on myspace?

yeah when i go to copy/paste its not high lighted and wont work,im obviously no computer whiz but it should be fairly easy right?

copy and paste the bulletin and post a new bulletin

copy the bulletin and click on post bulletin and paste the bulletin.
