The Korean "Conflict" wasn't for oil.
The next (last) one, would be to protect the World from that little bozo. Hopefully - prayerfully - it won't come to that - although i think he's begging for a fight so he can show off.
If it sticks to conventional weapons (PLEASE) he's got the best Army in the world.

Could be because they want the oil and food that are so scarce for them. They are thinking the US will do what Clinton and Carter did before and buy them off but Bush will not play that game. The months ahead will let the world know the reason Korea is acting so tough is they lack the supplies to get through the coming winter and are desperate to get help.

there is no way we are going to war with north Korea.we know it and they know it too.north Korea is more strategically placed to cause a lot of problems for us.in a war they would certainly be helped by china and Russia.now that we are stretched so thin a war with n.Korea will be suicide.never mind the destruction that such a war will visit on the south and japan.though these nations have no oil,a war will adversely affect affect the world economy, and will be a the quickest way to get to a hundred dollar a barrel oil.

No. Thats why we aren't going to war with them, even though they have PROVEN they have wmds, while we went to war with Iraq because we THOUGHT they had them (and we were wrong).

As for not getting a drop of oil from Kuwait or other countries, you are a fool for believing that. The only reason any country goes to war (EVER in history) is for money, land, or safety. We don't want their sand and if you've ever actually been to Iraq you would know there is no way they pose a threat to us. They couldn't even shoot down a plane of ours flying over their capitol and you think they could somehow have weapons that could pose a threat to us thousands of miles away? Open your eyes man, read something.

For the ignorant and un-informed, it's always about oil.
We never got a drop of oil from Kuwait.
Not a drop from Afghan.
Not a drop from Iraq.
But it's still about oil, to these little brainwashed foreigners.

The military is now spread too thin to sustain a war against No. Korea. Thats one reason why sticking to just Afghanistan, rather than getting into Mr. Bush's personal b itch spat with Saddam Hussein, would have been smart. Smart? Oh I forgot, that doesn't count in selecting leaders here, its just their "profession" of their "faith".

I do not think so.They do not have enough oil for themselves never mind exporting it.By the way , how much of the Iraq oil is exported to the US? I believe it is not much. So much for the libs claim of war for oil..

N. Korea has nothing of value ... China wants it back anyways. Let them fight for it!

No, it would be to protect our economic interests by protecting other countries that are important to us, like S. Korea and Japan.

Hmmmm??, the Republicans have all the oil they need now, but if there was a drop or two over there they would probably go for it.
