Make a refrence point that easy to remember - like in 7th grade, we had to memorize the Ten Amendments, and the *only* way I could remember the 2nd one was by the fact that we have two arms, and number two was the right to bear arms.

It depends what he is studying......If it envolves deffinitions try to simplify it in easier words for him/her......Also maybe Drawing pictures or just writing it over and over agian.....Also you can try flash cards....I dont know what the easiest way is because everyone is different but here is some suggestions.....

and just consentrate,..
