My mother's hollow glass rolling pin...it makes me remember all the time she made noodles with it on the kitchen table. It was always a good day to come home from school and find drying noodles on the kitchen table...it meant really good comfort food for supper!
I also have my daddy's old corn scoop - it means a lot because he loved farming and my mom wouldn't allow him to stay on the farm, but he kept the scoop. We used it for a snow shovel in town, and he gave it to me when I married at 19. They've both been dead since 1975-76.

A 20" plushie of Tails, from Sonic the Hedgehog, because he rules. I'm obsessed with Tails, but there's too many factors to explain how I became obsessed with him, and you probably wouldn't care.

I have an aluminum Christmas tree that belonged to an aunt when I was a kid. I love that tree and put it up almost every year. It makes me feel good to look at it.

A picture of my mom and dad, taken when I was about 5 years old. I remember the day it was taken and they looked so beautiful together.

my autographed band shirt and CD. it was one of the happiest days in my life that i got to meet my favorite band but not just that, it reminds me of a time in my life where i felt really lost but in a defining way, like i was on my way to discovering myself and i wasn't allowed to look back but i had so much to look forward to but i just had to wait a little while longer.
