When I am mad, I usually listen to something heavier (Megadeth, Slayer, Pantera, something HEAVY).

Any hard rock. Disturbed, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Finger Eleven, Hurt, that kinda stuff. I usually listen to them when I'm in a good mood aswell though.
Or sometimes when I'm mad I might to the opposite and listen to some easy listening kinda stuff to chill me out like Pink Floyd, Enya and most of all, Bob Marley.

When you are mad it really helps to lsiten to some heavy music and to scream a bit as you go with it, I mean sing.
I listen to Leanard Cohen (He is Profetic, or a Magician), then you have NAtural Born Killers Sound Track. By the way now that u reminded me I am listening to Sex is Violent' and then RockN Roll PAtti Smith, and then Hiostory Repeats itself.

I don't get mad very much but I do like Neil young or Pink Floyd to cool down.
I don't like to add fuel to the fire anymore.
I reached a point where I control my emotions and try not to let others have power of me. I feel like I "lose" when that happens
