I saw some of these on sky (repeats). The plot was basically Vince dumps Penny on their wedding day, only to meet up years later to start a relationship - to the annoyance of Penny's mother - who was called Daphne (I think).
- Hope that helps.

solid to work out an previous face, I had approximately forgotten which you have been in my contacts (used to apply my p.c., a guy in a black shirt in case you bear in mind) I wager it would be no longer uncomplicated to locate, yet decrease back interior the 80s I bear in mind observing a television sequence based on the classic action picture "warfare of the Worlds" and the sequence had an analogous call, it became tremendously cool. It became purely on previous due at nighttime, i became a newborn and can watch it on the sneak, i might have merely particularly been a teenager whilst i might watch it, it would be no longer uncomplicated to locate. i myself liked the unique black and white Twilight Zone I certainly have 2 DVD container gadgets of them. I liked all the celebrity treks, unique, next gen, deep area 9,Voyager,corporation, all solid. i may be a geek for asserting this, yet i myself liked "Angel" the spin off of buffy the Vampire Slayer, no longer as huge of partial to the unique buffy even nonetheless it had its moments. i do no longer in all probability get into television the way I did interior the previous, I certainly have been out of the loop because of the fact the early 2000s as far as fairly taking area in a television sequence, do no longer understand plenty with regards to the twine so i'm merely asserting off the precise of My head what i admire. I certainly tend to love exhibits which do no longer make it long, I liked "the Tick" (the two the lively and version with actors) and that i've got been given somewhat into exhibits like "johny 0" that in the time of no way made it previous the 1st season. Edit: Oh, while you're pleased with observing a caricature, Daria became great, my chum has the full sequence on DVD, we'd watch it and reminisce with regards to the 90s and early 2000s

Remember the show - it was a big hit at the time. Vincent used to call penny "Pen", which I think annoyed her - my bf still fancies her rotten, but then it takes all sorts.....plot generally was that vince fancies Pen, but pen is a bit posh, conservative and uptight and he is a little bit too much of a bounder for her - but there are moments when they almost make it (again)-the premise of the series is that he walks out on her at their wedding,(episode 1) so she hates him, but they still like one another.........

Yes I used to love this. Basically he jilted her at the alter and then they meet up again a few years later and have an on-off romance. It had the usual British obsession with class (she was posh, he was common) and was quite funny, but probably would seem quite dated now.

From what I remember........

They (Vince (Paul Nicols?) and Penn) had dated year ago but gone separate ways. Her mum (Daphne I think) thought he was a looser. They meet again, she thinks she is successful, but he is really suc$essful (scrap dealer or something). Fun trying to get it back together, especially as her mum likes his money but not him.

Any help?
