What causes Nats and Fruit flys?

If anyone knows please tell me and possibly a way to get rid of them lol

They are caused by adult fruit flies. They are attracted to the gases ripe fruit gives off so a good way to get rid of them is not to have too much overripe fruit laying around. Buy just as much as you can eat in 5-6 days.

If they're really bad, you can set off a bug bomb and nuke tham all at one time. Bug bombs come in 2 packs at your L&G centers, hardware stores, etc.
