I would say, has he every admited he was sorry,

Has he told all the details

And the main thing is what has his behavior been in prison.

I beleive all people can change and can deserve another chance in life.

But I don't know anything first hand on his case

If he has served his time, then yes, he should be paroled. But, emotionally, NO!
