i trust my head. i dont trust my gut cause its to weak. which is why it would hurt if i ever got hit there. which i havent gotten hit thank goodness!

Both, but sometimes head wins. There is a book called , 'The Gift of Fear' in which the author explains that we should listen to our intuitions and not talk ourselves out of avoiding what could be a dangerous situation or person, especially females.
