Im trying to install "Kitty Luv", and it wont because it says something about my video drivers are not up to date.
How do you update them?

If your computer just got a new graphic card, or if Windows was recently re-installed you only have to put your CD that came with the driver into your PC. Everything else should be point and click.
If that isn't the case, you probably need an upgrade of "direct X" Check Microsoft for the recent download, and make sure your system is up to date (start box/ windows update).
Last, if all that is okay, check Intel's website and search for your graphic card driver there. If you have a Dell or Gateway, check their website first for the driver. They usually keep an updated stock of drivers on their site.

If you know your video card model go to the Intel site and type in drivers and install the correct one.
