I have a friend who's in a relationship. She says she loves her girlfriend very much, and they've been together for a little more than a year. But everytime I talk to her, or go see her, she's always flirting with me. It's very confusing. She told me when her last relationship was over, three years ago, that we couldn't be together. She just wanted a no strings kind of thing, and I wanted a relationship. I still have feelings for her, and it hurts when she flirts with me because nothing is going to come of it. Help, please.

She doesn't want you but she doesn't want anybody else to have you either. You boost her self esteem because she knows you like her. You should distance yourself from her, go to the bars and meet somebody else. If you don't take hold of your life, she isn't going to let you have one either.

Learn to flirt also --- and flirt with someone else. If she wanted to be with you she would. You deserve better.

It is wrong of her to lead you on like that if she is with someone; how can you trust someone like that?? She is being deceitful to her partner; don't you think???
