I am very petite (5'3") and i cannot find any dress that will fit me right. I need an actual store, not an online store. I'm also skinny so most dresses dont fit me right!!! and it needs to be under $40. Thanks!!!!

i am even more petite than you are, so i know exactly what you are talking about! =)
i have been able to find some good dresses at:
macy's.. if you come at the right time, you might be able to get away with 3 dresses that actually fit for $20!
or specialized dress boutiques.
just remember, sometimes you have to look hard to find your size. if you find something you like, it might be easier to take it to someone who works there and ask if they have any in stock your size.

I don't know if these are 40 dollars, but they are super cute! If you go to Macy's they have adorable dresses, and i'm sure you could find one that works for you!

Go to Le Chateau. They always have really nice dresses. i am also fairly short Adan have a very weird figure. Therefore it is very hard to find dresses. But i definitely recommend Le Chateau.
