I need a good explanation because this is a school report & Ive got to write a full page on wrether Evita should be a saint or not. Please explain to the most fullest with the most detail.

She did do many things to help the poor. She came from that. She was a strong influence in getting Juan Peron to be leader. She was looked up to by the poor and looked down upon by the upper classes. She reportedly embezzled money for herself from her Charities. She did some good things and bad things to get where she got to. Do I think she should be a Saint? No.

Although she did a lot to build hundreds of hospitals and help the poor and emancipate women to an extent in Argentina, don't forget she slept her way into politics- not usually the background for a "Saint"
