No, it is very unlikely. The technology is so complicated and expensive that it would be impossible to equip and train a large conscription army.

Bozo is really a clown. Too expensive to draft? Are you serious? I guess we better hope there isn't another war because we couldn't fight (its too expensive!) LOL. Ok, to answer your question, in the event we fought a land war in N. Korea then yes, there would be a draft. However, we would more likely bomb the crap out of them instead of sending in troops. This is why we have decreased troop levels in S. Korea, but we have increased air and sea power there.
