1. when first serve is fault and second is a let..then second must be repeated..so it's not double fault
2.no as long you make let you can repeat your serve..
3.no it doesn't and it's same with 4th question..
Just remember as long you make let and don't do fault (that means if you make let but ball fall on playing court not in out) you can repeat your serves

In standard USTA rules, anytime you hit a let (must hit in the service box or line), it is just as if you never served the ball at all...in other words, you get another serve. It doesn't matter if you hit 880 let serves in a row; as long as they actually land in the service box (or line) every time after hitting the net, then you get another serve. So in all instances you described, as long as the last thing you served is a let...you keep serving again until something besides a "LET" service occurs.
Oddly enough though, in that new World Team Tennis stuff, they've made some bizarre rule now that if the service is a "let", the receiver is responsible for returning the ball regardless of whether it is on the first or second service. Go figure.

1- You hit another second serve
2-You would be able to hit your second serve again. It does not matter if you hit 30 let courts in row that went in, You keep doing it until you get it in or double fault.
3- So you hit a first serve and it is a let , do it again, then you fault, fine, it is your second serve. Your 3rd serve would only be a double fault if you missed it .
4-If you hit three let courts in a row on your serve it would still be your first serve assuming it happened on your first serve. If you faulted on your first serve then hit 3 faults in a row on your second it would still be your second serve.
Essentially a let is a do over of the serve that you just hit and there are no restraints in the number of do overs.

1. No. you get another chance.
2. Neither serve counts as a fault. You still have a first serve.
3. No again. Its your second serve.
4. Its still your first serve. A 'Let' never counts as a fault

1. first serve is fault and second serve is a let. does it count as double fault? or I get one more chance to serve
you get 1 more chance to serve.
2. first serve is a let and second serve is a let. would my second serve count as a fault, and id be allowed to serve again?
just keep serving until you either get 2 faults or one goes in.
3. first serve is a let, 2nd serve is a fault and 3rd serve is a let. does that count as double fault?
no, that counts as if you have only taken 1 serve and it was a fault.
4. what if i hit 3 lets in a row? nothing happens, keep serving

1. First serve counts as a fault. The second serve let gives you another second serve. (one more chance to serve)
2. You are still at first serve.
3. It is not a double fault. One more serve (second serve).
You get another chance at a first serve after the let. Then that next serve is just your first fault. With just one fault, you serve again and it is a let. You get another chance to serve.
4. You are still at first serve. Similar to #2.

1- No it doesnt. you are allowed to make three lets (if you havn't done any on your first serve) before making a double fault .
2- As i said in the first point you are allowed to serve three lets before it is counted as a double fault.
3-No it doesnt. if you do that you get one more chance to serve. if it is a let you get one more. if it is not you loose the point.
4- it is a point to the other player
