I want to block SPECIFIC packets containing SPECIFIC info. A firewall is not going to let you choose what packets to block, only programs and ports.

ok, thats a better answer than just "use a firewall". I need to know of a certain program though. Any names?

Use a firewall. There are personal firewalls you can get for your computer that will filter out packets based on where the packet is coming from or based on the application that is sending them.

I'm not sure what type of information you're trying to filter, but if it is various information from a specific application, you'll have to see if there is a proxy firewall that can analyze that specific application's packets for certain keywords. For example, there are e-mail programs that can filter out e-mails based on keywords.
