If you mean send you an invoice (bill) instead of asking for a credit card to cover the cost, almost no florist will do that over the phone or Internet. You may want to check with a local florist in your home town; they may be more willing to invoice you for an order. Most florists have wire service and can get a floral delivery through teleflorist services.
