honestly i don't belive in all that bull **** about love. but i guess it would be nice to have a really wonderful boyfriend who doesn't only want sex from me. but most guys aren't serious about relationships, especially around my age (16) but i've seen a few rare couple who've lasted. i am a very sensitive and vernerable person. so if a guy breaks my heart im probably going to give him hell.

Yes, someone special in your life makes a huge difference. But the difference is like the difference between red and yellow. If youre happy and honest with yourself, then your happy. at 16, no boy is going to show interest in much more than sex, they are just horny. If you want a serious relationship, wait til your old enough to be with a mature guy, who is past the raging hormones. you need to be mature to have a mature relationship. both people need to bring something (and be happy with themselves) in order to have it work. Good luck

have u tried having a relationship without sex? A real guy will want u for u not the other. Take ur time finding the right guy, remember that it isn't about the looks but the person inside. don't rush into anything if u are looking u won't find, when u stop looking they will find u. good luck

You are too young to have met the special one in your life. You still need to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince. And yes it does make a huge difference in your life to have that special someone. Don't rush it. You'll meet him someday.

You're still young. Life will get better. Boys in high school are not always serious anyways. When you get older, you will find the right one that doesn't just want to date you for sex. Trust me. It will get better. When I was your age, I used to think like you.

Please understand that at your age things are not the same. Yes, the boys your age will have nothing but sex on their minds. That is how it goes for teenage boys. But as they age the boys will eventually mature into men and see things in a different way. It sounds to me like you can take care of yourself in any relationship. Please take it easy on the poor boy who tries to date you.
