A renewable source is one that will not run out no matter how we use it. These include things like wind power, water power and solar power.

Non-renewable sources are ones that will deplete if used for long enough. Such as coal, gas, oil, nuclear because there is only so much of the material needed to release the energy.

Human beings are a renewable resource; however many of us we kill, there are always enough to breed us back into a growing population.

Oil is a non-renewable resource; it takes literally millions of years to form "new" oil, so when we've used it up, it will be gone...

nonrenewable would be fossil fuel, being coal natural gas ect
Renewable resources would be wind, solar, ect
