duck would be good, because it is something that is more special and occasional than chicken or beef because most people have some sort of chicken and beef for dinner like most nights...so duck would be different

Turkey and Ham the whole nine yards, or you don't want to be near me, it could get pretty messy if they didn't have it. So don't shop 5 min. before they close the stores. I love that stuff once a year+leftovers.

pork or chicken. maybe lamb if I couldnt find those either..I guess it doenst really matter if you dont find the traditional stuff its the holidays meaning thats going to be remembered food or no food.
I guess if you really wanted turkey there are some frozen tv dinners out there with turkey slices!

I should say that I would probably roast a chicken and pretend it was turkey, but then grilled steaks sounds pretty darn good too!!!!

i tried something different for thanksgiving once and i got each person a cornish hen some stovetop dressing yams and the rest of fixins it really turned out nice and its easier to cook those little hens

turkey, stuffing, some considerable dish like eco-friendly bean cassrole, mash potato and etc..., some rolls or any form of bread. do not forget pumpkin pie with cool whip or can use peacan neither apple pie
