You'll get better answers if you ask about a Ouija board. There's no such thing as a "weegie" board. Anyhow, a lot of people say it's creepy, but others say there's nothing to it. I just remember the old school-yard myth that the only way you can destroy a Ouija board is by burning it, and when you do so, the thing will scream.

Ouija boards are not dangerous! Good Goddess I wish this question would stop being asked! You are mostly communing with your subconscious. Sometimes you'll tap into a past life that has resurfacing personality traits. Use your judgement, if the board is telling you scary things, its prolly lying. If it tried to convince you to perform some act, you MIGHT open a portal to a different plane. From there, THEN you'd be in some scary trouble. Take the quality of advice as you would from an 8-Ball. Same idea. Its a tool that when used by the right hands can be fun, entertaining and possibly useful. In the inexperienced hands of teenagers and drunken college students its more than likely somebody pushing the dial to try and scare you.

Wow, looks to me like no one is answering the question you asked. I'm sorry. Looks to me like your going to have to try it to fined out, because half the people answering this question haven't even used one, there just talking out of there asses. All tell you ask much as I know about them. I tryed it once, it was scary, we had candles. I would tell you some scary stuff that happened, but I wouldn't want to put ideas in your head. Its like trying to explain an acid trip you can't but people wanna know. So you have to try it your self to see. Just get some "good friends" light some candles and do it. Remember you can stop at any time and don't ask it any thing you don't wanna know, "when will I die? Can you kill me? Etc." Cuz they'll tell ya, about ask far as you wanna go is "give me a sign" ever one asks for a sign, you like can't weegie or whatever with out asking it. Plus if its no doing any thing freak out your friends! LOL

The "Ouija" board (Name comes from Oui - French "yes" and "Ja" - German for yes) is a simple game based upon automatic physiological responses. You can recreate the same responses by holding a weighted string in one hand, holding the weight over a circle with four points marked out, and watching which way the weight moves when you ask a question. You are not communicating with spirits, demons, or anyone else except your own subconscious mind. The use of Quija boards in occult or "supernatural" activites or investigations is useless, and if you see one during such activities you should immediately know that whatever happens next is bogus. dont let anybody tell you differently.

I was really really into witchcraft and magic a few years ago. I had all the stuff, you know, like Ouija Board, Tarot Cards, candles, etc, but the Ouija Board was the one I could never get to work. I would love to meet someone who could make it work without pushing it around and ruining everything.

The ouija board is an old "parlor oddity" from a long time ago and holds about as many answers for you as a paper bag full of excrement.
Sylvia Browne has written a lot of books you might want to check out if you are interested in the Before..During...and After- life .
You plot out your own destiny before you are born to enable you to reach a higher plain of knowledge in your present life and to benefit from that knowledge in your "spirit life" ahead. The"Ouija board" does not contain any truly useful information that you need other than how gullible people can be. Please, check out the truth of life forces.

misspelled. its Ouija board. an yes it can be scary and dangerous to those who are untrained in the use of magic .
You need to set up a magic ward to keep out any evil spirits. and have enough strength of will to control the spirits that want to come through and give a message to someone either in the circle or someplace else. And how to dismiss them and undo the ward.when finished.
And no Parker Brothers did not invent the board just patented a version of it.Its been around longer than that.

Come on, it is fake all of this stuff is fake. You are in charge of your life and no one else. Bad things happen to good people every single day it has nothing to do with a board game. When I was a kid we use to play around with it at slumber parties. And all in all I have had a good life, I did not marry my high school sweethart like the board said I would I did not have 5 kids nor did any dead person come and visit me. (thank goodness for that!). Have fun... And don't worry...

Never messed with a Ouija board. Funny that Parker Brothers or Milton Bradley makes them now. No magic when it's made by a toy company.
