Haven't a clue, about a year ago I dropped everything to stick myself into university (oooh, get me!) so I guess I'd like a comfy desk job for half the time and twice the money that I was getting crawling about in grease as a engineer.

This is a philosophy section and I'm trying to read the depth of this question?
Personally I don't think in terms of the future as the future is Now!
There is so so much happening in the Now one cannot live with a mind that drifts in and out of it.
Speculating ones place, in the minds idea, of a future whilst missing whatever is happening right now seems a total waste of ones precious attention.
One thing is certain whatever you are now good or bad will be still the same in what you call your future unless you act now to change or understand it.
My dream is that people will live life in unity, with a mind that does not drift from reality to the unreal world of the enclosed mind.
This is probably not the answer you were seeking as you have already sub indicated the likely responses.
I doubt whether its philosophical either.

Neither the pasrt nor the future exist. Only this moment does.
So there's no real point if trying to predict what will happen to you. Just live every day as it comes.
'Greet the Dawn, and look around, and thank The Lord you're six feet OVER GROUND!

(after working really hard in my career, getting to the top of the ladder through hard graft)
I see myself as a gangster living it up on a beach somewhere with a seriously hot, much younger wife. Whilst all the police are at home scratching their heads wondering who did the crime of the century and why I haven't turned up for my shift yet!

I would love to be a revolutionary philosopher or mathematician one day. If not that, then just a good professor! Of course, I also hope to be a mother and wife and uphold a stable, healthy family, no doubt about that.

No sense in speculation, or dreaming. I take life one day at a time, and I handle things as they come along.
