Yes , its perfectly normal, it normal comes between the ages of 10 and 19. She may be a late developer. It fine, it'll start when you least expect it

Maybe she is a late bloomer. I would not worry about this. It is not uncommon for menstration to start after 13. In fact, I was reading on webmd yesterday about a study done on first menstrations, and found that the average age is 13.3 yrs.

100% normal its better for ur daughter. she would be so lucky if she got hers at 16. its less to worry about and u don't have to go thought the pain every month. don't look at her friends, every girl has a different body. after 16 u could worry... but NOW?! no way

It could be that she is a late bloomer, but it's normal. Some girls develop slower than others. The age you get your period is also hereditary. My mom had hers at 11, and I got mine at 11. Hope this information helps.

don't worry!!!!!! yes it is normal. some girls don't get their period until the age of 15. and i know that from a friend. she was also scared, but then she went to the doctor and the doctor told her that everything was going to be fine. everybodys' body functions a different way. so stay calmed. because its normal.

Girls start menstruating at the average age of 12. However, girls can begin menstruating as early as 8 years of age or as late as 16 years of age.

I was almost 15 and my mother worried about it too. I just wished she quit asking me about it. LOL. I know, it's a mother's job to worry.

Yes, give it time she will get it soon enough. I know of a young lady who didn't get her period until she was 15. If you are really concerned take her for a check up.
