This is my 11th year and I take rhythm tap. I'm still in High School and not many I know tap. If you tap how many years have you been tapping? And what style of tap is it?
Was wondering if there were any of "my kind" (haha) out there.

Hi! I have been tap dancing for 13 years! I took rhythm tap when I first started, then I moved onto clogging. I like combination steps the best. My favorite dance I ever did for competitions was called "Peppermint Twist". It was my very first one and I got 8 awards. I did it again a few years later and I got 7 more. Lol! Tap is really fun. Now I don't tap as much, If I do, it is just your general tap. Cool to hear there are lots of tap dancers! There are not many anymore, good to hear! Peace!

good day! A kindred spirit! believe me,Cookie,tap is alive and properly! in truth,apparently like this is having this is personal renaissance all around the U. S. and Europe which i detect exciting! i'm a dancer from some time previous and,having mastered the different dicsiplines of dance(ballet,jazz,present day)my old flame replaced into tap and that i re-realized the fundamentals and getting extra constructive each and every of the time!what's your well-known tap shoe! I not sure what style I do, at my studio we just call it tap. I've tapped for roughly 9 years, age 3 to 10, and age 14

i have been tapping for 9 years and im in middle school so i do like fast tap level 4

i tap and have been tapping since i was 3 and i am now doing old school style tap like the basic steps its soo much fun!!!! i love it

well i do! ive been taking tap (along with jazz and ballet) since I was 4 and i am now 13-- and i dont really plan on quitting any time soon! and i take jazz tap

yes i do. i have been tapping for ten years(this will be my 11th). but im only in eighth grade. i started when i was two. i do rhythm tap also and i love it.

Yes, I've been for 6 years. I don't do rythm, but i focus on the sounds if thats rythm tapping-:)

Yep, I sure do!
I tap dance every Monday at staff meetings, tappa tappa tappa around their questions, tippy tap tap during presentations and tapata tapata tap snap tap (heel toe click!) when my boss asks me for the overdue assignment.

yup! i have been doing it since i was 5 and i am now 13! and i love it! along with ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical!
