I would wait. If you are now living in a colder climate people will see this as over doing it. They should consider this a nice brisk day as compared to a colder autumn day. Wait until it gets colder, I am sure you will have more opportunities to wear you ensemble.

Ahhh.. the joy of wearing something new... go ahead. Layer up...cuz you'll be shedding that coat later on... but that's okay!! I live in sunny SoCal and it is FINALLY below 70... whoohoo! I have a pair of boots I've been waiting to wear!! Yipee!! Enjoy your coat and long scarf. Just remember where you put it when it is time to go home.

You should just wait until it gets cooler. If you are too anxious to where your new coat and scarf people might think you are weird wearing a coat when its 65 degress outside. You could wear youre coat if you really really really wanted tol, but I' wait. Good Luck!

No Rules. Wear what you want our 65 degrees may be cold to you since your originally from a warmer state its a totally different climate.
