the company the american man was working for was in mexico, they sent him down to help run the company, then bank of america cut off all the money, sold the holdings the man working in mexico was the last to know, until the factory lights where turned off, he was as shocked as anyone to find himself in lower mexico without any more paychecks coming in and the company had him working under false work permits to save them money,he was illegal in mexico and didnt know it, the company left him and his wife homeless and penny less, not all things are as cut and dry as most people like for them to be, alot of bad people in this world, will sure do you harm if you trust to much, but who would of not trusted a company you had worked for around 18 years,my freinds mistake, then not having birth certif documents for immigration just made things more difficult, and i really don't think any of you would leave you wife's homeless would you.?

any foreigner who marries an American automatically gets a green card. the fault might have been in the way you approached the situaltion. if you are American they cannot deport your wife even if she entered illegally.

Edited in response to your last statement: It does not matter if he was an illegal worker in a foreign country. If he is a citizen of America, whomever he marries is supposed to receive a green card. It is the law. Check this link, it will be more helpful than I.

Come on, friend. The government's involvement in the illegal immigration problem is not about forbidding Lucy and Desi Arnaz from living in America. It is about sorting out the illegal immigrants who have ALSO come over the borders to do America harm...or at the very least, to commit violent crimes...from the Lucy's and Desi's. We know that terrorists are getting Mexican IDs and learning to speak Spanish and coming over the border with real Mexicans (and also Canada I might add). Since the government has NO WAY of knowing who is here innocently and who is not, they have to look at everybody. And, yes, it does put Lucy and Desi at risk of being separated...at least for awhile.

Are you suggesting that we ignore the law when it becomes inconvenient? I should hope not. The laws may not be perfect but if she broke the law she should have been deported. I understand that it is not good for thier relationship, but they made the choice to break the law. The woman should have stayed in her own country until all the necessary paperwork was obtained and completed. Instead she took a short cut and now she has to pay the piper.

i do no longer assume I examine all of it, i'm exceptionally particular I in basic terms skipped to the top and replaced into once fully confused by technique of the ending and decided that it wasn't well worth interpreting all of it to envision the way it began. critically i imagine you're an fool for asking persons what baby-mama you've gotten to be with. doubtless any woman you are able to't be thoroughly difficulty-free with isn't one which you've gotten an finished relationship with. at the same time as you're nevertheless in a position to play all of them, no determination will imagine like the right determination. And once you're making a call, you ought to damage the others in touch. you would possibly want to paintings out what you're in a position to do to make the archives a lot less sh*ty, with the point to stay in the lives of the finished children you've solid into the international. it truly is extremely frequently more advantageous well-known than what woman you want.

This is what immigration calls as "sentencing for 2 to 3 yrs back to your country" after this time then INS will give her or him temp. status and this individual should be able to come back to the US. It's not fair but INS has never been fair. The bad thing is does this person have family they can stay with in their country until INS grants them asylum to come back? Sorry.

We are talking about two people one who left his wife to work in another nation without worry about his wife and how she could enter the nation.

He could have stayed with her and not broken the laws.

I can justify any law breaker, I can explain why someone stole a car, or robbed a bank, it just does not make it moral or legal

What you are saying is that you feel that two people who keep to themselves and pay their bills should be allowed to break the law.

Sorry, but things don't work that way.
