After watching some of the calls in the Eagles -Saints game, they must be blind. I'm not putting all the blame on the Refs for the Eagles loss, the Birds simply played like crap in the first half. But really, some of those missed pass inerference calls and saying that Jason Avant didn't catch that 3rd down pass were ridiculous.

I agree, but the Avant catch was incomplete, because he has to have control of the ball when he lands, if you watched the replay, he lost it.

There will always be bad calls....besides, its not pass interference if you dont get caught!!!

also...Avants catch wasnt a catch. That was definately a incomplete pass. If you hit the ground and the ball comes out, all in the same motion, its an incomplete pass.

Sometimes refs are out of position, they cannot be everywhere at once like the cameras can, they don't get the best slow motion, multi angle look at the play like you can.

the problem is that more plays shuold be challengable. Right now a coach is not allowed to challenge a pass interference call, that rule should be changed.

The refs have been blind for awhile. I think it is a requirement for the job.
