OK we have a problem here, you don't tell us what sex you are, and if they are on the inside or outside.

For both sexes what look like boils at the top of the inner thighs are probably ingrowing hairs that have got infected, this can also be a major cause all over the thighs for males.

For outer thighs on females, not a clue.

Boils can be serious. Boils are caused by a staph infection. They can be recurrent if you don't get treated. You need to go to the doctor and get some antibiotics. If you don't, it will heal but it will come back. They are annoying. GOOD LUCK!

I used to get boils on my neck, back, arms, buttocks, thighs, and penis. It disappeared approximately 2 months after I began to eat a diet of atleast 90 % raw foods(primarily fruits, vegetables, and raw fats)

do they rub together?? well try some of that chaffing cream for women. i can't remember who makes it but i've heard it works. boils can come from a lot of moisture in one place and no air circulation so powder or lotion alone won't work. the chaffing cream is both in one so try it. also if your thighs are rubbing together try not wearing skirts clothing that allow them to rub for a while and see what happens

This could be because you are overweight and your thighs rub together when you walk. Try vaseline. That's from personal experience!

I don't know, but not too long ago my ex boyfriend had one on his arm, and it turned out to be a nasty staph infection...you better get those checked out, and while you're there, find out how to prevent these things from coming back, you might need to be referred to a dermatologist. Good luck.

It can be an infection in your pores or it can be a chemical imbalance. Either way you should see your doctor. Good Luck.
