instead of bulk mail as it has always done before ? How to resolve this ? Bulk remains empty, while e-mail is filling up with junk.

Just click in the box to the left of the sender or senders, then click SPAM. They will be blocked from your address.

I suspect that someone selected to send you an e-mail of an article or video from a web page. When they do that, it turns your e-mail address open to the public --- or those who make a practice of selling e-mail addresses. You may have to get another mail box to eliminate the junk mail and inform your friends NEVER to send you any web articles or videos. The safer way is for them to download that file and then attach the file to a regular e-mail messages. The safest way is for them to copy down the web page address and then tell you where it is.

you have to add the websites that are sending you the junk mail to the bulk file
