Yes, and it's ridiculous. I saw half a cat... I was in a very old property in Wiltshire, UK staying with friends. I was just leaving, turned the bathroom light on to get my things and heard a scuffle behind the door like I had frightened something. I saw the rear half of a black cat disappearing through a solid white wall, as clear as day... feel free to laugh, but no alcohol was involved!

I work in a nursing home and have had several experiences at work. I was in the laundry room, which is upstairs at the end of a long corridor, when I head a zimmer frame coming along the corridor towards me and the sound of someone coughing. When I turned round there was no one there! Another time I was in one of the bedrooms and the room alarm went off for no reason and the lights started flickering, when I left the room to switch off the alarm I heard a woman crying. The sound was coming from the room I had just left and there was no one in there with me! I still don't like going into that room by myself!
I've had good experiences too though, I was on night shift and must have dozed off when I was on my break and I heard the voice of a gentleman who had died a few weeks earlier telling me that I had to get up now, it was time for the rounds, and I felt a warm breeze over my legs when I woke up. The old man had always helped us as best he could and used to wake us if he was up through the night. I still miss him, but unfortunately its part of the job.
Hope you've had good experiences too xxx

When I was 12, my grandmother died. Since I hated sharing a room with my sister, I moved into Nana's old room (the attic) just days after she died. The second night I was there, I woke up to find her rocking chair was moving, rocking, and there were two little points of light where her eyes would be if she was sitting in it. (We did not live in an earthquake zone.) I said, "Nana? Is that you?" I got no answer, but the chair kept on rocking. I said, "Nana? Is it OK for me to be in your room?" Still no audible answer, but I got a feeling of warmth and love, and that I was accepted as taking over her room.

I know it was not a dream, because I did not wake up AFTER, I woke up BEFORE, this happened. And I had been her favorite grandchild, so it's not too surprising she would accept my taking over her room.

When I was a kid...spent the night at a girlfriend's. She collected horse stuff (china and ceramic horses). I was a very light sleeper. Went to bed and they were all on the shelves...woke up in the morning and they were placed all over the room.

Apparently, the spirit didn't like strangers in the house.
