I have like 3 planet-sized pimples on my butt. If I buy clearasil will it clear away the pimples on my butt. Take note that I sit on my butt so I have to sit on my pimples and they hurt. So will clearasil clear them away?

Buy a soap called Tea Tree Oil, or Meleleuca. As effective as benzoil peroxide without the bleaching action it'll do on your shorts.
They may be ingrown hairs, as many men have hairy butts.
Also, they may develop from sitting all day long. Try wearing some lose-fitting boxers while you heal up, to irritate them less. You can go soak in a hot bath & try popping them, but I recommend you buy the tea tree soap first.

Most likely, they are NOT pimples. If you pop them, they will hurt worse, obviously.... If you do decide to pop them, wash your butt and your hands immediatly.
Most likely, they are what is called "boils" or "cellulitis" (cellulitis is like a boil, but the infection itself is just worse) Cellulitis is like pimples and can hurt to an extreme amount of pain.
I have provided a link that explains WHAT cellulitis is and how to get it. It is mainly caused by germs and bacteria.
if it gets worse, I would consult a dr. you can even go to the er for something like this, because all they do is give you an antibiotic (which the antibiotics they give for it are CHEAP when the rx is filled and they work extremely fast!)
