when i ask questions they get deleted even if its just slightly offensive. i havent asked a question that promotes violence racism or discrimination. how can slip by the system without getting censored

I really don't know. I just asked: Are you satisfied with your job? I got a violation notice and they deleted my question. I want my points back (not really), but it's like being accused of a crime that you didn't commit. Maybe I'm a little too dramatic... but it is.
